* This automatic chronograph with date and moonphase comes from independent watchmaker Georges Gay, who started manufacturring watches around the 1940s and by the early 1960s employed around one hundred people. Today, the two grandsons of Georges Gay are now running the company and still specialise in fine Swiss mechanical watchmaking. This particular model is a re-conditioned piece from the early 80s and is a 38mm, gold plated automatic chronograph with classical white dial, Roman numerals and moonphase indicator. The watch is powered by a Valjoux 7758 automatic chronograph movement and comes fitted to a croco-grain leather strap on pin buckle.
* This watch comes in very good condition and perfect working order.
