* Zodiac is a Swiss watch brand, originally based in Le Locle and was founded in 1882 by Ariste Calame. This particular watch can be dated to the late 1960s and is a 38m, manual wind chronograph with bi-directional steel bezel and attractive reverse panda dial design. The watch also features tritium coated hands and indices which have faded back to an attractive off-white colour and a tachymetre scale is displayed around the periphery of the dial. The watch is powered by the legendary Valjoux cal. 72 movement, which is a manually wound movement diplaying both minute and hour recordings. The watch comes fitted to a vintage style brown leather strap on pin buckle.
* This watch has undergone a complete service and is in excellent working order and very good condition for its age. A great, vintage chronograph from the 1960s!
