* With the new AQUASPHERE collection, Hanhart is heralding a pioneering era in its history. For the first time, the manufacturer from the Black Forest, which specializes in pilot's and motorsport watches, is presenting an independent diving watch series. With the first model, the new AQUASPHERE FreeFall Blue with a 42 mm diameter. By combining technical precision and modern design, Hanhart has set a new benchmark for itself with this model and offers a watch that is not only powerful but also visually refined down to the finest detail. To test all the functions and robustness in practice, Hanhart gave the prototype to the deepest German freediver in apnoea diving, Fabio Tunno, to take on a trip. Numerous dives in Germany, in the Blue Hole in Egypt and at the World Championships in Corsica were successfully completed. The AQUASPHERE FreeFall Blue mastered all extreme situations perfectly.
* The design of the characteristic fluted bezel of the PRIMUS Diver has been adopted for the AQUASPHERE FreeFall Blue. However, it has been technically refined, the radii are more rounded and the click mechanism has been optimized. For safety reasons, it can only be turned anti-clockwise, as is usual with diving watches, and has 60 precise clicks. Accidental clockwise rotation could unintentionally shorten the remaining dive time. A date has been omitted for perfect symmetry. The back is adorned with a stylish, high-quality embossing of an underwater world with matt and polished surfaces and the AQUASPHERE FreeFall Blue is water-resistant up to 30 ATM or 30 bar (approx. 300 meters), making it ideal for demanding dives. Its robustness, even at great depths, is emphasized by a helium valve integrated into the case at 10 o'clock.
* The watch is available with either a Hookstrap™ textile strap or a robust stainless steel bracelet. The textile strap has the advantage of being easy to adjust and lightweight, while the stainless steel bracelet is easy to clean and robust. The steel bracelet has a quick-change mechanism and the clasp has a diver's extension and fine adjustment option.

Tradition and Expertise since 1882.
Hanhart first began trading on July 1st 1882 when Swiss watchmaker Johann A. Hanhart opened a watch shop in Diessenhofen, north-east Switzerland. The company quickly re-located to Schwenningen, southern Germany in 1902 and found instant success in 1924 with their first affordable, mechanical stopwatch. By 1938, Hanhart were a pioneer in the production of mechanical chronograph wristwatches, designed for pilots and by the 1960s had also moved into fine timing for sports events and motor racing.
Today, Hanhart still produce a varied range of wristwatches and fine timing stopwatches, tapping into their rich heritage of mechanical watchmaking know-how to produce pieces of incredible craftmanship and functional good looks.
